Re-enrollment Tips UPDATE: February 12, 2019


Thank you for your thoughtfulness as we start the re-enrollment “season”. Our goal is a streamlined process, where all of the links you need are in your Parent Portal in Renweb.

Please be advised:

  1. When you are in Parents Web, and have clicked the “FACTS” link, you will find a link to “Apply for Grant and Aid”. This is the application we are using to replace the old Flex Tuition worksheet.
  2. In the future, we hope that FACTS (the company) will truly unify the login process, but for now, you must create a new/separate log in from the one that you use for your online payment plan (which is called FACTS Tuition Management). It is separate from Grant and Aid, even though it is the same company.
  3. If you are setting up a payment plan for the first time, please be sure to select the correct year (2019-2020) for re-enrollment.
  4. If you already have a payment plan selected in Tuition Management, you will see full tuition reflected in your account until your Grant and Aid application has been processed. For everyone meeting the February 22nd deadline for Grant and Aid applications, your application will be processed in early March. Your payment plans start in June, which allows time for our staff to enter the award amounts and your payment amounts to adjust.
