Conrad-RochaConrad is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico (since 1987), licensed to practice law in the State of New Mexico.

He received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics (Magna Cum Laude) and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of New Mexico.

Conrad currently serves as Interim Executive/Stated Clerk of the Synod of the Southwest of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), and as Executive Director of Law Access New Mexico, a non-profit corporation that provides free civil legal services to New Mexico’s low income population.

Prior to joining Law Access, Conrad served as Vice-President for Institutional Advancement and Chief Financial Officer of Menaul School.

He also serves the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as a member of the General Assembly’s Restricted Funds Resolution Committee; Mission Responsibility Through Investment Committee (vice-chair); and, Special Committee on the Administrative Review of the Synod of Boriquen (Puerto Rico). Conrad is also a member of La Mesa Presbyterian Church in Albuquerque. In his spare time, Conrad likes to make pottery utilizing the coil method.
