New Flags Donated to Menaul SchoolNew Flags

Thanks to one of our outstanding Alumni and Tony Navarrette of the American Legion, Menaul School has new flags waving on campus! The American Legion generously replaced our old American and New Mexico State flags, which were getting ragged, with brand new ones. The Katherine Bennett Sustaining Fund

The Menaul School Katherine Bennett Sustaining Fund is an appeal for donations that are vital to the daily operation and support of our school’s immediate needs. Tuition alone does not cover funding for our students, and contributions to the Katherine Bennett Sustaining Fund are crucial to the many resources that directly benefit our students. The Katherine Bennett Sustaining Fund also helps cover additional costs associated with educating each student at the highest level of academic excellence and provides enriched extra-curriculum opportunities.

This year, Luci Astorga is featured on our Katherine Bennett Sustaining Fund appeal brochure you will receive in the mail. Here is information about Luci:

“My dream is to become either a nurse or a teacher.Luci Astorga

It is important to me to be able to help people.”

-Lucianna Astorga, 10th grade

Just about everyone who meets Lucianna (Luci) Astorga falls in love with her, and it is easy to understand why. It could be her vivacious personality, her infectious smile, her bright, cheery attitude, or maybe it is a combination of all these things. Whatever it is, there is one thing for certain—she is a very special young lady.

Luci shines in almost everything she does. She performs well academically and has been on honor roll every year since she began attending Menaul School. She is also quite talented and has a beautiful way of expressing herself through acting and singing. She credits Menaul School in guiding her to become the best person she can be and has given her the passion to help others.
