Rhoda Winder is a Project Manager for Swanberg-Mee LLC. Her work experience is primarily in conceptualizing, designing, constructing, and upgrading water systems in rural communities. She is experienced in writing project descriptions, preparing engineering estimates, designing wells, tanks, pumps, and distribution systems, including the hydraulic analyses. Rhoda managed the budgets of projects ranging from a million to 50-thousand dollar water projects. Her project managing experience also included working alongside the local government, local utility organizations, and homeowners to educate and promote the success of the project.
She also has experience in the design and construction of individual waste water systems, and community waste water lagoons. She currently is the project manager for a 3-million dollar sewer distribution system on the Mescalero Apache Reservation. Rhoda graduated from the University of Arizona in 1992. She is Navajo, and has worked for the Indian Health Service for most of her 11-year career.
