To request deletion of information associated with a Menaul School WhatsApp admissions conversation, email cferrara@menaulschool.org with the subject line:
WhatsApp Admissions Data Deletion Request
Include the telephone number used for the WhatsApp conversation and sufficient information for Menaul School to locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, identification documents, banking information, or other sensitive information with the request.
Menaul School may take reasonable steps to verify the request. Information controlled by Menaul School will be deleted or retained as required by applicable law and legitimate school record-retention obligations.
This process applies only to information controlled by Menaul School. Information independently retained by WhatsApp or Meta is governed by their own privacy policies and account-management procedures.
