The Story Behind Our Library
Our library is more than just a collection of historical artifacts—it’s a testament to a journey that began over a century ago. Presbyterian missionaries from the East came to the Southwest, laying the groundwork for churches, schools, and medical work. The Menaul Historical Library was established to preserve this heritage and make it accessible to friends and researchers.
Today, we operate under the auspices of the Menaul School Board of Trustees, with Menaul School providing a suite of rooms in Bennett Hall, utilities, and administrative support. We are also generously supported by friends and donors nationwide.
