All meals in Menaul’s kitchen are prepared from scratch by Chef Nathan Kunkle and his team.
COVID Update: We are currently following all CDC recommended health and safety practices in and out of our kitchen. All food, drinks and condiments are being served by our kitchen staff to ensure the safety of our community. Due to this, we have a limited menu for the time being. We still have a main entrée with sides, a daily special, soup, tossed salad, and fresh-baked desserts every day! Check out our current lunch menu to see what we are serving this month!
During Normal Times: There is a six week lunch rotation with entrees including macaroni and cheese, meatball subs, roasted chicken, hamburgers with French fries, Thai curry, BBQ smoked pork sandwiches and lasagna. Homemade pizza, baked potatoes, quiche and either fried rice or stir-fried noodles are other entrée options available every day.
In addition to our entrée options, students can help themselves at our sandwich and salad bars, have a bowl of soup and enjoy a fresh-baked dessert. Gluten-free, vegan, Halal, and dairy-free options are always available.
For our boarding students, our classically trained chefs prepare a diverse range of breakfasts every morning and dinners every night.
