All meals in Menaul’s kitchen are prepared from scratch by Chef Nathan Kunkle and his team.

There is a six week lunch rotation with entrees including macaroni and cheese, meatball subs, roasted chicken, hamburgers with French fries, Thai curry, BBQ smoked pork sandwiches and lasagna. Homemade pizza, baked potatoes, quiche and either fried rice or stir-fried noodles are other entrée options available every day.

In addition to our entrée options, students can help themselves at our sandwich and salad bars, have a bowl of soup and enjoy a fresh-baked dessert.  Gluten-free, vegan, Halal, and dairy-free options are always available.

For our boarding students, our classically trained chefs prepare a diverse range of breakfasts every morning and dinners every night.
