Hey Panthers! Summer break is coming up, which means it’s time to begin the hard work to make the next season of Menaul Athletics a success!
We won’t be sponsoring any sports camp on-campus this summer, but we will have summer workouts for most sports in June! Summer workouts this year will be limited to current students and students who are also enrolled at Menaul.
Workouts begin Monday, May 24 and last until Thursday, June 24 at the Menaul Athlteics facilities
The workout schedule is as follows:
8-8:45 am – Boys: Track & Field (throwers) /Girls: Weight training
8:45-10 am – Girls track practice / Football weight training
10-11:15 am – Volleyball practice / Football practice / Boys Basketball: weight training
11:15 am-12:15 pm – Boys & Girls basketball
Cross Country workouts will be in July. The schedule is currently being determined and will be posted as soon as it is set.
