My Story
Both my parents are educators, so it’s in my blood! I have a great sense of pride being a teacher. Guiding students through middle school and beyond is meaningful work!
I enjoy my interactions with students and sparking their curiosity for STEM. I hope to inspire young minds to follow their passions and make a difference in the world.
In my free time I like to bake, explore the great outdoors with my husband, spend time with my Great Pyrenees puppy, exercise, and spend time with family.
My Mentors
My mentors are my parents. They have both taught a variety of ages from elementary to high school. Their selfless work and passion for teaching has made a big impact on me! The support they show me for my career has helped me through challenges.
Why Menaul
Menaul School is a wonderful community. Staff and faculty here are eager to help students explore the historic campus and get used to their classes.
I love Menaul’s mission of teaching students through mind, body, and spirit. I was drawn to the smaller school setting and the international population of Menaul. Staff and faculty here truly care about each student and work hard to make an impact on their lives!
Mrs. Toledo
I enjoy labs with my 6th graders. Teaching them about the scientific method, or engineering design process connects their curiosity with scientific procedures. We enjoy learning the history of great scientists and then experimenting with STEM concepts!
Brianne Toledo has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (K-8), and a Reading Endorsement from Whitworth University.
